When customers come to one of our showrooms, we will always go the extra mile to make sure you feel you are the most important person in the room. We give you the time, space and support you need to choose your perfect car. Milkshakes are an optional extra.
We always help you find the right car
Our unrivalled knowledge of the second-hand car market ensures we have up to 5,000 cars available to buy every day of the year. But sometimes having lots of choice, doesn’t mean you make the right one. We know that buying a used car can be stressful and overwhelming which is why a good customer experience is so important to us. We go to great lengths to build trust with our customers by understanding your needs and wants. We hire people who share our vision and are motivated to help people, not just sell cars to them. Our aim is that every customer leaves with the car ownership package that’s right for them
We always make you feel at ease
We have a no pressure sales environment. We know that our cars sell themselves so if you decide that the car isn’t right for you, that’s more than OK. We have a wide range of alternative cars available on-site should you wish to explore more (although we may limit viewings during peak times). If you’d prefer to go home and continue with your research there, that’s OK too. We hope to see you again soon, when you’re ready.
We always do the running around for you
Our forecourts are very large and it can feel like you’re preparing for a marathon as you pace up and down it. That’s why we prefer to do the running around for you. Our concierge- service ensures our guests can put their feet up and enjoy a cuppa, while our team do the legwork of locating and moving the cars to somewhere that’s less strenuous to get to.
We always make sure you’re hydrated
Our dealerships are fitted with state-of-the-art barista bars that’ll make you forget you’re in a car dealership. Enjoy a freshly prepared tea, coffee or milkshake on us. All drinks are served to order and are completely complimentary.
FAQs
Can I freely browse the forecourt?
To ensure we’re able to give you our due care and attention, during your visit you will at all times be allocated to a member of staff that’s on hand to ensure your comfort. Our team members will be able to browse the forecourt with you and will be on hand to unlock any vehicles you’d like to explore further. During busy periods, including weekends, we may need to limit free-browsing of the forecourt as we have to be mindful of other guests in the queue. It’s not unusual for our dealerships to get incredibly busy and we try our best to maintain the queue to ensure our guests aren’t waiting around excessively. Please don’t be offended if we’re unable to offer free-browsing during peak times, we’d be glad to book you in another time when our dealerships are less busy to explore the forecourt further.
Can I test drive as many cars as I like?
You are able to test drive as many cars as you like, however during peak time our staff may need to limit car viewings to ensure we’re able to see everyone in the queue. You are able to use our website to narrow down your choice if you’re unsure on the models you’re interested in, as browsing thousands of cars on our forecourt can be a little daunting and physically exhausting.
What facilities are available on site?
Across all of our car supermarkets, we offer free Wi-Fi, wheelchair access, baby change facilities, children play areas, free refreshments and more. To find the specific facilities available at your local branch, please visit our dealership pages.
