90 day Warranty FAQs
What parts are not covered under a 90 day warranty?
The 90 day warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear to parts that you should replace as part of your car’s maintenance schedule - for example, tyres and replacement of consumables like fuel, filters, screenwash, coolant and oil. It also doesn’t cover repairs or replacements that are required because you fail to keep the car serviced in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Am I covered outside of the UK?
The warranty doesn’t cover your car if it is outside the UK.
How do I claim against my warranty?
You can either make a claim on the warranty app or call 0113 322 5280.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes, you can. You can get premium cover for up to 36 months with our extended warranty which you can find out more about here.
The car comes with a manufacturers warranty, do I still need a warranty
As soon as your manufactures’ warranty has expired (if applicable), our Big Assist Protect warranty will kick in so that you remain covered. This can be purchased alongside your new car when you visit our dealerships.
