Depending on the specification of the Tesla Model 3, the driving range can vary from a maximum of 318 miles on the Standard Range, rear-wheel drive and up to a maximum of 390 miles between charges on the Long Range all-wheel drive option.

The top speed for the standard, rear-wheel drive model is 125mph. Whilst the all-wheel drive model option increases to 163mph.

In comparison to conventional powered cars, electric vehicles offer you no fuel bill and minimal service costs. Of course, there is still a cost for charging the electric, whether that is at home or whilst travelling, but in comparison to petrol or diesel costs, this does tend to work out significantly cheaper.The Model 3 also features regenerative braking, which feeds any surplus power back to the battery to aid in increasing driving range.There will still be the standard wear and tear replacement parts needed from time to time, such as brake disks and pads, windscreen wipers etc, but these costs are generally in line with the equivalent on regular petrol or diesel cars.

As with any car, with good care and attention, the life of your used Tesla Model 3 will be maintained. Keeping your car regularly serviced and the software up-to-date will help to prolong the life of your Tesla Model 3. Battery upkeep is important too, with the inevitability that the battery will degrade slightly over the years, you can reduce this with minimising quick charges and opting for full overnight charging instead. It is important to keep the Tesla Model 3 plugged in when not in use, which allows the car to continue running necessary system tests, with the onboard computer designed to automatically prevent over-charging.Never allow the battery to fully run down fully as this could cause damage to other components.Avoiding extreme temperatures, especially for prolonged periods of more than 24 hours at a time which will help improve long-term performance.
